your stay at Villa Ravine:
- A non-refundable deposit of £100
is required upon confirmation of booking and the balance
is due six weeks before your holiday. Please
make all sterling cheques payable to Mr R.Yusuf.
- Flights to Ercan can be booked
from Green Island travel on 0207 637 7338
speak to Sue, these cost between £200 and £350
depending on season and date of travel, flights take about
5 1/2 hours which includes
a 45min stop in Turkey.
- Alternatively you can fly to Larnaca on the South, the flight is direct and the journey is about 1 hour from the airport to the villa you can visit www.kayak.co.uk or www.cyprusair.com for flight information.
- We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from Larnaca
for £45 each way, which is cheaper than the normal £55-£60 airport taxi.
- If you require an airport transfer or car hire
please let us know prior to your departure, the airport
transfer costs about £25 each way from Ercan,and journey
time is about 40 minutes, but if you have car hire arranged
by us we can get you a taxi free of charge.
- You can visit www.cypruspines.com for car rental,
and we may be able to get you a discount.
- Included in the rental is Water, Electricity,
Gas, Cleaning, and Pool cleaning.
- Any problems while at Villa Ravine please contact
Pat in cyprus on 0533 862 5123, she manages the
property.
- A welcome pack can be provided at an additional
cost of £15 and includes bread, milk, butter, juice
and more.
Refundable
Bond
This is £100 per booking against breakages or damage.
It is payable with the balance of your payment 6 weeks prior
to departure. It is returned to you one week after the end
of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always
refunded.
Rates shown are weekly , two week lets and long term rates are negotiable.
